INGREDIENTS

-3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
-Heaping 3/4 cup protein powder (I used vanilla but caramel and cinnamon are great too- see my recommendations above)
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
Optional- sprinkle of pumpkin spice
6 mini pie crusts

DIRECTIONS
•Blend your cottage cheese and protein powder, pumpkin puree and spice.
•Add to pie crusts just before serving and top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy!

Macros based on 6 servings:
(With 1 cracker and no whipped cream)
