🥤 Beetroot Amla Juice Recipe | Immunity Booster Drink
📝 Ingredients:
1 small beetroot – peeled and chopped
2 fresh amla (Indian gooseberry) – deseeded and chopped
½ inch ginger – optional, for extra kick
1–2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup water (chilled or normal)
A pinch of black salt or rock salt
Honey or jaggery (optional, to sweeten)

Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash and chop beetroot, amla, and ginger.
Blend:
Add beetroot, amla, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional):
