🥗 Zero Oil Grilled Chicken Salad recipe
No mayo, no oil — just pure health in a bowl! 💪
🌿 Ingredients:
1 cup grilled chicken (boneless, chopped)
2 tbsp homemade curd (thick & chilled)
¼ cup boiled sweet corn
½ cucumber (finely chopped)
½ onion (thinly sliced)
Few coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt – to taste
Oregano – ½ tsp (for flavor)
🔥 Grill the Chicken:
Marinate chicken with salt, ginge garlic paste, tandoori moshla, origano and lemon juice.
Grill or pan-sear (without oil) till golden and cooked.
🥣 Mix the Salad:
In a mixing bowl:
Add grilled chicken, curd, cucumber, onion, boiled corn, and coriander leaves.
