Ingredients:
1½ banana
1 small egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup of low-fat milk
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1½ cup of oat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3-4 tbsp almond slices
Recipe:
1. Add the bananas to a bowl and mash well. Add the egg, maple syrup, milk, olive oil, vanilla essence to the bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Add the oat flour, baking powder to the bowl and mix well until combined. Pour the batter into a lined loaf cake tray and top with the almond slices. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes and then cut into slices. Enjoyy!!
