A simple South Indian savory pancake recipe prepared mainly with a combination of lentils and spices. It is a healthy and protein- Fiber packed dish that can be enjoyed for morning breakfast with coconut chutney or any spicy chutney . Traditional dosa recipes are thicker and prepared with rice and urad dal, Adai dosa is thick and heavier with rice and a combination of lentils.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chana dal (Bengal gram)
1/4 cup urad dal (split black gram)
1/4 cup ture dal
1/4 cup moong dal
1/4 cup green moong dal
1/4 cup rice (you can use regular or idli rice)
1 tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
1/4 cup Grated coconut
3-4 dried red chilies (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup onion, roughly chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
Pepper corn 4-5
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
Oil/ghee for cooking
