Cheesy Chicken Bread
Ingredients
• Chicken 250 grams
• Carrots 2
• Cucumber 1
• Breadcrumbs 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Mustard sauce 1 tbsp
• Ketchup 2 tbsp
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Chili garlic sauce (or any chili sauce) to taste
• Bread Slices 8-10
• Mozzarella cheese
• Chili flakes for topping
Preparation
1. Grate cucumbers and carrots and squeeze out all the water. Grated veggies should feel dry.
2. Add chicken to a chopper and chop until it forms smooth paste.
3. Add chicken paste and grated veggies to a bowl.
4. Add breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper powder, mustard paste, ketchup, soy sauce and chili sauce.
5. Mix well and apply on slices.
6. Cook slices on a tawa or pan, chicken side down, on high flame until chicken is cooked.
7. Now turn the flame low and flip the bread slices. Top with mozzarella cheese, cover and cook on lowest flame until cheese is melted.
8. Top with chili flakes and enjoy!
