Wheat and Oats Sandwich Bread
For Yeast Activation –
1. Water – 100 – 120 mL
2. Yeast – 5 – 6 gms
3. Honey – 5 gms
4. Sugar – 20 gms
1. Activated yeast
2. Wheat Flour – 160 gms
3. Rolled Oats Flour – 40 gm
4. Gluten Powder – 2 gms (mandatory)
5. Bread Improver – 2 gms (mandatory)
6. Salt – 7 gms
7. Oil – 25 mL
8. Milk – 50 mL
9. Rolled oats – to put on top
1st Proofing – for 1 – 1 and 1/2 hr till it get double the size
2nd Proofing – for 1 hr till it get double the size
Bake the bread at 180 degree C for 45 min
