🍫 Guilt-Free Chocolate Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 2 cups milk (any kind)
• 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 mashed ripe banana
• 1–2 tsp date syrup (adjust to taste)
• 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
• A pinch of salt
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, cocoa powder, mashed banana, salt, and chopped nuts.
2. Cook on medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring often until creamy and thick.
3. Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla extract and date syrup.
4. Spoon into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy warm!

• Extra chopped nuts
• Drizzle of date syrup or nut butter
• Dark chocolate shavings or coconut flakes
