🌿 Sirf 1 chammach ghee mein bani super healthy aur tasty Veg Tikki!

👩🍳 Ingredients (सामग्री):
Khira (Cucumber) – 2 medium
Gajar (Carrot) – 1
Shimla Mirch – 40-50g
Sweet Corn – ¼ cup
Tamatar – 1 (finely chopped)
Adrakh – 1 tsp (grated)
Hari Mirch – 3-4 (finely chopped)
Hara Dhaniya – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tsp (ya chaat masala / garam masala)
Nimbu Ras – ½ piece
Besan – ½ cup
Chawal ka Atta – ¼ cup
Namak – taste according
Ghee – 1 tsp (for roasting)
🪄 Method (विधि):
1️⃣ Sab sabziyon ko kaddukas karke haath se nichod lo taki paani nikal jaye.
2️⃣ Ek bowl mein sab sabziyan, tamatar, corn, adrakh, hari mirch, masala, nimbu, besan aur chawal ka atta daal kar mix karo.
3️⃣ Last mein namak daalo aur mixture ko bind karo.
4️⃣ Chhoti chhoti tikkiyan bana lo.
5️⃣ Tawa par sirf 1 tsp ghee daal kar dono side se golden brown hone tak sekh lo.
🥙 Serve karo – chai ke saath, ya lunchbox mein bachchon ke liye!
