1 cup basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)
1 bunch spinach (palak leaves)
5 garlic cloves
1 small piece ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 cinnamon
2 clove
2 cardamom
1 bay leaf
1⁄2 tsp cumin seeds
2 onion (thinly sliced)
4 green chilli (2 for paste and remaining for another steps)
1⁄4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp salt (as needed)
1⁄2 tsp garam masala
water
