Cabbage Egg Nest (Low-oil, Tawa Snack)
Ingredients:
Cabbage (grated)
Potato (boiled & mashed)
Onion (chopped)
Coriander leaves
Eggs
Rice flour
Salt
Oregano
Little oil (for brushing)
Method:
1. Mix cabbage, potato, onion, coriander, salt, oregano, and 2–3 tbsp rice flour.
2. Heat a cast iron tawa and brush very little oil.
3. Place the mix like a nest shape, press lightly to form a hole in the center.
