Detailed recipe of healthy roti burger
Ingredients
For Potato Stuffing
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Jeera – ½ tsp
• Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
• Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Table salt – as per taste
• Boiled potatoes – 2 medium, mashed
For Mini Roti Parathas
• Wheat flour dough
• Dry flour for dusting
For Assembling
• Tandoori sauce – 1 to 2 tsp
• Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
• Paneer cubes
• Onion slices
• Tomato slices
• Chaat masala – a pinch
• Chopstick or skewer

Step-by-Step Recipe
1. Make the Potato Stuffing
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
2. Add jeera and let it crackle.
3. Add green chilli and chopped onion.
4. Sauté until the onion becomes light golden.
5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt.
6. Mix and sauté the spices for a few seconds.
7. Add boiled, mashed potatoes.
8. Mix everything well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
9. Switch off the flame and let the stuffing cool slightly.

2. Make Mini Roti Parathas
1. Take small portions of wheat dough and roll a thin roti.
2. Spread a thin layer of potato stuffing on half part of the roti.
3. Fold it and cut it into small shapes, like mini stuffed parathas (as you want).
4. Cook these small stuffed parathas on a tawa with very little oil until both sides are golden.

3. Assemble the Healthy Roti Burger
1. Take one small stuffed paratha and place it on a plate.
2. Spread tandoori sauce on top.
3. Spread a little ketchup.
4. Place a paneer piece on it.
5. Add an onion slice.
6. Add a tomato slice.
7. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala.
8. Place another small stuffed paratha on top like a lid.
9. Insert a chopstick or skewer through all the layers to hold the “roti burger” together.
