🥑 Avocado Sandwich Recipe👇
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
2 tbsp hung curd
2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese (grated)
2 sandwich cheese slices
4 bread slices
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt (as per taste)
½ tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp chaat masala
Green chutney & tomato sauce (for spreading)
Butter or Desi ghee (optional, for toasting)
Method:
1. Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, add chopped avocado, tomato, sweet corn, hung curd, mozzarella cheese, salt, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
Mix everything well till it becomes a creamy mixture.
2. Prepare the bread:
Take 2 slices of bread.
Spread green chutney on one slice and tomato sauce on the other.
3. Assemble the sandwich:
Place a cheese slice on one piece of bread.
Spread the prepared avocado mixture evenly over it.
Cover with the other bread slice.
4. Grill or toast:
Place the sandwich in a sandwich maker or grill pan.
Toast for about 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve:
6. Cut diagonally and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
