Ingredients:
1¼ cup of grated carrot
1 large egg
4 tbsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp chopped herbs of choice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined. Shape into equal sized fritters and arrange it on a lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C in a preheated oven or until golden. Serve hot with yogurt dip and enjoyy!
