3 slices turkey bacon
1 head cauliflower (2 lbs), cut in bite size pieces
½ tsp ground pepper, ¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat
4 scallions, divided

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Place turkey bacon in skillet and cook until crisp.
3. Combine cauliflower, salt, and pepper into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake until
