Ingredients –
Whole wheat bread – 2
Rajma – handful
Water to soak the rajma for 6 hrs or overnight
Coriander masala / any other spices of your choice
Onion
Tomato
Salt as per taste
Ghee
Recipe –
Rajma cutlets/tikkis :
• Boil rajma in the cooker with 6-7 whistles or until it’s cooked well.
• Strain the water and keep boiled rajma aside.
• Mash it partially and add all the spices / chillies / salt as per taste and make tikkis.
• Put them in the airfryer at 200° for 6-7 mins each side. (Check the crispness)
Sandwich:
• Cook the bread slices well and apply homemade mayonnaise / any homemade dip of your choice.
• Put 2 tikkis in a sandwich along with some sliced onions and tomatoes.
