Air Fryer Gobi Manchurian 🥦🔥
Crispy, saucy, Indo-Chinese goodness made healthier in the air fryer! 😍
What I used:
• Cauliflower – 700g (cleaned into small florets)
• Turmeric + Salt (for boiling)
Batter:
• ½ cup cornflour
• ½ cup maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• Salt + squeeze of lemon
• ¼ cup oil (for air fryer coating)
Outer Coat:
• ½ cup maida
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• Pepper + salt
Air Fry:
👩🍳 200°C for 15–20 mins (drizzle oil, shake halfway)
Manchurian Sauce:
• Oil
• 2–3 garlic cloves (chopped)
• Ginger + green chilli (finely chopped)
• Onion + capsicum
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp red chilli paste
• 2 tsp cornflour + 1 cup water (slurry)
• 1 more cup water
• Sesame seeds + spring onion to garnish
Toss crispy gobi in the sauce & enjoy! 🤤
Best with parotta, chapati or rice ✨
