1/2 stick of butter (for melting)
2 chopped onions
1/2 kg (approx. 1.1 lbs) beef chunks (beef stew meat)
1 green chili
1 tsp minced garlic
2 chopped potatoes
4 fresh tomatoes
Handful of fresh parsley
2 shredded carrots
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper (powder)
Sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt
Powder chili flakes (to taste)
Water (to fill blender halfway)
To Serve: Toasted bread slices

1.Sauté: In a pot, melt the butter. Add onions, beef, pink Himalayan salt, green chili, and minced garlic.
