1. 100g paneer
2. 2 Tbsp Monk sugar
3. Any fruits as you like (no citrus)
4. Saffron as per your taste.
5. 4 cardamom
6. Skim Milk 100 ml
7. Nuts for topping (optional)
Preparation of this recipe
1. Take a bowl and add whatever the fruits you like to have
2. Take a Mixer jar and add Paneer Cubes, monk Sugar, cardamom, Saffron, Milk
3. Mix it well and put it into The fruit bowl
4. Mix it all gently with a spoon
5. Keep it in a refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
6. Now take it out and add some nuts toppings as per your wish
7. Now have it in a small bowl in moderation
8. Enjoy it !!!
