To make 1 serving, you’ll need
100gm greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds soaked for 4-8 hrs in 1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup each of grated beetroot, carrot and pomegranate
1/2 green chilli, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves
For tadka-
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
4-5 (7g) cashews split into halves
7-8 curry leaves
Take a pan on low heat and lightly roast mustard seeds & cashews for 1/2 a minute and then urad dal and curry leaves until golden.
Combine the soaked chia seeds, yoghurt, beetroot, carrot, pomegranate, salt and tadka. Garnish with coriander leaves.
This snack will keep you full for hours. Make it. You’ll love it! ❤️
