Today, we’re making a super healthy and delicious Chana and Til Gud Chikki.
Recipe:-
In a pan, melt jaggery until it becomes thick and glossy.
Add a tsp of ghee in jaggery.
Now mix in the roasted chana and til, coat everything well, and spread it on a greased plate.
Let it set, cut into pieces, and your protein-packed, iron-rich chikki is ready!
