✨ RECIPE ✨
INGREDIENTS
For the Base:
* 200g boiled chickpeas (drained)
* 2 large eggs
* 1 tsp olive oil
* ¼ tsp salt + pinch black pepper
* ¼ tsp baking powder
Chicken Topping (FreshToHome):
* 1 medium chicken breast (200–220g), patted dry
* 1 tsp olive oil
* ½ tsp smoked paprika or red chilli powder
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ¼ tsp salt + pinch black pepper
* 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Other Toppings:
* 90–120g shredded mozzarella / pizza cheese
* 4–6 cherry tomatoes or 1 small sliced tomato
* ½ small bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 6–8 black olives (optional)
* Fresh basil or spring onion
* Chili flakes + oregano
* 8 tbsp pizza sauce

COOKING:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken: Slice breast, season with oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon, salt & pepper.
* Air fryer: 190°C for 7 min
* OR Pan: Sauté on medium-high heat 6–8 min till cooked through
2️⃣ Make Base Batter: Blend chickpeas, eggs, oil, salt, pepper & baking powder into a thick, spreadable batter.
3️⃣ Cook the Base:
* Air fryer: Spread into 2 rounds on parchment. Cook 8–10 min at 180°C, flip & cook 2–4 min more.
* OR Pan: Spread batter like a thick pancake. Cook on low-medium heat 4–5 min each side till firm and lightly crisp.
4️⃣ Assemble: Spread sauce → cheese → FreshToHome chicken → veggies → more cheese.
5️⃣ Final Cook:
* Air fryer: 3–5 min at 180°C till cheese melts
* OR Oven: Bake at 200°C for 6–8 min
* OR Pan: Cover and cook on low heat till cheese melts
6️⃣ Finish: Basil/spring onion + chili flakes + a drizzle of olive oil.
