Grilled Chicken Platter

FOR MARINATION

Chicken 1/2 kg (cubes)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Olive oil 4-5 tbsp

●Marinate and grill it until tender and water dries.

FOR VEGETABLES

Potato 1 (boiled & cubed)
Carrot 1 (boiled & cubed)
Brocoli 1 cup (boiled)
Peas 1 cup (boiled)

●In pan add 2 tbsp Butter and Sauté all the vegetables and than add

Onion 1 (cubed)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp

●Toss for 2 minutes and remove.

FOR SPICY SAUCE

Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 4 tbsp (can be adjust according to your taste)
Salt pinch
Black pepper pinch

●Mix it well.
