Ingredients:
1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Whole Wheat Hakka Noodles
5-6 Cups water
¼ Cup capsicum
¼ Cup onion
¼ Cup cabbage
1/4 cup Carrot
1 Tbsp oil
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Schewan sauce – 1 tbsp
Method:
00:00 Introduction
00:05 Boil 5-6 cups of water.
Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water.
Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes.
00:18 While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
00:25 Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly.
00:46 Take oil in a heating pan, add the veggies and saute them for 1-2 mins.
00:55 Add sauces and stir fry for 1 minutes
