• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Heeng – a pinch
• Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
• Fresh methi leaves – 1 cup
• Red chilli powder
• Paneer – 100g (crumbled)
• Salt to taste
*For the Batter (High Protein Batter)*
• Moong sprouts – 2 cups
• Besan – 1 cup
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Green chillies – 1–2
• Water – approx. 1.25 cups

✨ Methi ko overcook mat kariyega — colour aur aroma dono fade ho jaate hain.
✨ Paneer hamesha low flame pe add karein — soft & moist rehta hai.
✨ Batter ko rest karne ki bilkul zarurat nahi — sprouts se naturally airy texture mil jaata hai.
✨ Tawa medium-hot hona chahiye — tabhi dosa evenly brown hota hai aur chipakta nahi.
✨ Batter ko ek hi direction me spread karna — perfect crisp edges milti hain.
