🥬 Cabbage Dumplings
Cabbage Wrap:
• Separate cabbage leaves → boil 4–5 mins until ~60% cooked (soft & won’t break) → cool.
Stuffing:
• Sauté ginger–garlic + onion + carrot + capsicum + mushrooms + green chillies.
• Add salt + black pepper + soy sauce.
• Add paneer, mix well and let it cool.
Assemble:
• Place stuffing on cabbage leaf → roll → pan fry 2–3 mins for slight crisp.
Sauce:
Ketchup + soy sauce + red chilli sauce + water + sesame seeds → mix & pour over dumplings.
Garnish:
Spring onions + sesame seeds.
Serve:
Enjoy warm with your favourite dipping sauce 🤤
