• Chia seeds
• Walnuts
• Pistachios
• Dates
• Dark chocolate (50%–70%)

1. Dry roast flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and pistachios on low flame until they turn slightly crisp.
2. Transfer to a grinder and add soft dates + a small piece of 50–70% dark chocolate.
3. Grind to a slightly sticky mixture that can hold shape.
4. Press the mixture firmly into your chocolate molds.
5. Melt extra dark chocolate (50–70%), pour a thin layer on top of each mold.
6. Freeze for 1–2 hours until fully set.
