🥗 Ingredients (Serves 1 Plate – 5 kebabs + half dip)
For Kebab Balls (makes 8; serve 5):
• 1 medium boiled potato (~150g)
• ½ boiled beetroot (~75g)
• 100g paneer (crumbled)
• Salt, red chili powder, garam masala – to taste
For Dip (use half of this):
• 80g paneer
• 100g hung curd
• 4–5 cashews
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper – to taste

🔪 Recipe:
1. Mash boiled potato, beetroot, and 100g paneer together.
2. Add spices and mix until smooth. Shape into 8 small balls.
3. Cook in a paniyaram pan with minimal oil until golden on all sides.
4. For the dip, blend paneer, hung curd, cashews, garlic, salt, and pepper until creamy.
5. Serve 5 kebabs with half of the dip for a balanced, high-protein plate.
