Coconut Ragi Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi (finger millet)
½ cup urad dal
¼ cup grated fresh coconut
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and soak ragi and urad dal together for 5–6 hours.
Transfer the soaked mixture to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth batter.
Add grated coconut and salt, then grind again into a fine batter.
Pour the batter into a bowl, mix for 2–3 minutes in one direction, cover, and ferment for 7–8 hours or overnight.
Take required batter into another bowl, add a little water, and mix well to adjust consistency.
Heat a pan, apply a little oil, pour the batter, spread, and cook covered for 1 minute.
Your healthy and delicious Ragi Dosa is ready ! Serve with coconut chutney.
