🥗 Ingredients
• 1 small cauliflower (boiled)
• 3–4 cashews (soaked/boiled with cauliflower)
• 100 g paneer
• ½ cup water (adjust for consistency)
• 1 tbsp olive oil / ghee
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• ½ cup capsicum, chopped
• ½ cup boiled corn
• ½ cup carrot, chopped
• 1 cup boiled pasta (udon / any pasta of choice)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Italian seasoning / oregano flakes

👩🍳 Recipe
1. Boil cauliflower and cashews till soft.
2. Blend with paneer and water into a smooth, thick paste (this is your healthy white sauce).
3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, capsicum, corn, and carrots.
4. Add the white sauce, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
5. Mix in boiled pasta, coat well, and serve hot.
