Gajar ka halwa recipe

👇 Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp Ghee
• 4–5 Carrots (grated)
• 2 Cups Skimmed Milk
• 2 Tbsp Roasted chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
• 8–10 Soaked Raisins
• 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
• 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
• 50 gm Low-Fat Paneer (crumbled)
• Pumpkin seeds & chopped almonds (for garnish)
👇 Method
1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté grated carrots until soft.
2. Add skimmed milk and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring in between.
3. Add chopped nuts, poppy seeds, raisins and cook further.
4. When milk reduces, add raw sugar and cardamom powder; cook 10 mins.
5. Add low-fat paneer and cook 5 more minutes.
6. Serve hot with pumpkin seeds and almonds.
