🧾 Ingredients
• Kaddu/Pumpkin – 300g (peeled & cubed)
• Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
• Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
• Garlic – 4–5 cloves (crushed)
• Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
• Haldi – ¼ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Red chilli flakes – optional
• Lemon juice – ½ tsp
🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Boil or steam pumpkin until soft. Drain water completely.
2️⃣ Mash well using a fork.
3️⃣ Heat mustard oil; sauté onion, garlic & green chilli until golden.
4️⃣ Add haldi + salt.
5️⃣ Add mashed pumpkin and cook 3–4 mins.
6️⃣ Turn off heat; mix in coriander + lemon juice.
7️⃣ Serve warm with hot steamed rice — pure winter comfort!
