RECIPE
Ingredients
โข 200 g chicken, cut into popcorn-size pieces
โข 3 tbsp oats flour
โข 1 egg
โข Pinch of baking powder
โข 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
โข ยฝ tsp chilli powder/paprika
โข ยฝ tsp pepper
โข ยฝ tsp turmeric
โข ยฝ tsp oregano/mixed herbs
โข Salt to taste
โข 2 g oil (spray/brush)
Method
Marination:
Chicken 200 g + ginger-garlic + chilli + pepper + turmeric + salt.
Crack 1 egg, mix, rest 15 mins.
Outer coat:
3 tbsp oats flour + pinch baking powder + oregano.
Coating:
Roll each chicken piece individually in the oats mix.
Airfry:
190ยฐC โข 10โ12 mins โข 2 g oil spray โข shake halfway.
