RECIPE
Ingredients
• 200 g chicken, cut into popcorn-size pieces
• 3 tbsp oats flour
• 1 egg
• Pinch of baking powder
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• ½ tsp chilli powder/paprika
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp oregano/mixed herbs
• Salt to taste
• 2 g oil (spray/brush)
Method
Marination:
Chicken 200 g + ginger-garlic + chilli + pepper + turmeric + salt.
Crack 1 egg, mix, rest 15 mins.

Outer coat:
3 tbsp oats flour + pinch baking powder + oregano.

Coating:
Roll each chicken piece individually in the oats mix.

Airfry:
190°C • 10–12 mins • 2 g oil spray • shake halfway.
