For bananas
500gpeanut butter
150g blueberries
150g raspberries
Instruct
Mash your bananas into a bowl then add 500 g of peanut butter then add your blueberries and raspberries then mix
Add this to a large muffin pan this is going in the oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. I did 23 minutes then I let these rest for 10 minutes before eating.
