• 1 cup cooked chickpeas
• 2 tbsp sour grapes (ghooreh) or lemon juice
• ½ cup oat
• Salt, black pepper, paprika
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• Lemon juice
• Water to cover ingredients
