1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp dahi (curd)
1–2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1–2 tbsp chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Seeds of choice (pumpkin/sunflower/black sesame) for topping
Sourdough or bread slices

Prep the base:
