KFC Supercharger Wrap
High protein

Tastes naughty but isn’t

Ingredients for 2 wraps
350g chicken breast
70g plain flour
30g cornflour
1 egg
2 tortilla wraps
Lettuce

Spice mix
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Half tsp dried oregano
Half tsp dried basil
Half tsp dried thyme
Half tsp mustard powder
Half tsp white pepper
Half tsp black pepper
Half tsp salt
Quarter tsp ground ginger

Supercharger sauce
40g low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Half tsp smoked paprika
Half tsp garlic powder
Half tsp onion powder
Quarter tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp white vinegar
Half tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper

Method
Mix the flour, cornflour and spices in a bowl
Crack the egg into another bowl and beat it
Slice the chicken into strips
Coat in the flour then egg then flour again
Air fry at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and flip halfway
Mix the sauce ingredients and put in the fridge
Chop the lettuce
Build the wrap with sauce, lettuce, chicken and more sauce
Wrap it up and enjoy
