Recipe Ingredients:
Rava-1 cup
Ghee-1 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Peanuts-1/4 cup
Cashew-5-6
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Hing- 1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves- 10-15
Onions chopped- 2 small
Green chillies-2 chopped
Veggies of your choice-finely chopped
Curd-1/2 cup
Salt -to taste
Water-2.5 cups
Start by roasting rava with ghee until it’s golden brown in colour. In the same pan heat some oil and roast peanuts and cashews together and keep aside. Now in the same oil add mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves. Now add chopped onions, green chillies sauté and then add the veggies and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add roasted rava, curd and water and cook it until soft and mushy. Squeeze half lemon, roasted peanuts and cashews together and serve
