Try this easy and flavourful Methi Sabudana Pakoda. It’s a light, crunchy snack that’s great with evening tea.
I mixed chopped methi leaves, soaked sabudana, boiled potato, chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Shaped the mixture into small pakodas and fried them till golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney.

Ingredients:
Methi leaves, soaked sabudana, boiled potato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, oil.

Steps:
1. Mix methi, sabudana, boiled potato, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, and salt.
2. Shape into small pakodas.
3. Fry on medium heat till crisp and golden.
4. Serve hot.
