Ingredients (2 servings):
Makhana – 15 g
Roasted moong sprouts – 100 g
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Tomato – 1 (chopped)
Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
Carrot – 1 (chopped)
Ghee – ½ tsp
Laal chutney – 1 tsp
Hari chutney – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Baked sev – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – handful
Macros (per serving):
95 kcal | 4g Protein | 18g Carbs | 1.5g Fat
Instructions:
– Heat ½ tsp ghee in a pan and lightly roast makhana & moong sprouts with some masala until crisp.
– In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, carrot, onion, tomato, roasted makhana and moong sprouts.
– Add laal chutney, hari chutney, coriander leaves and chaat masala.
– Mix well so the chutneys coat everything evenly.
– Sprinkle baked sev on top right before serving for crunch.
