🥪 Ingredients – Vegetable Sandwich
• Onion – 2 medium, finely chopped
• Beetroot – 2 medium, grated
• Carrot – 2, grated
• Cucumber – 2, finely chopped
• Capsicum – 1 medium, finely chopped
• Green chillies – 2, finely chopped
Spices & Seasoning:
• Salt – ½ teaspoon (or to taste)
• Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
• Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
For Spreading:
• Butter – 100 grams
• Mayonnaise – 4 tablespoons
• Tomato ketchup – 3 tablespoons
