Ingredients – For the whole box
1 cup makhana
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup poha
10–12 almonds
10–12 peanuts
8–10 cashews
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
A handful of curry leaves
1–2 tsp ghee or oil

Masalas
Namak
Red chilli powder
Turmeric
Aamchoor

Optional
1–2 tbsp kishmish

Macros (the whole dabba, without kishmish)

Step-by-Step Instructions
– In a large bowl, add makhana, oats, poha, almonds, peanuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds and curry leaves.
– Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, aamchoor and a small amount of ghee/oil.
– Mix everything thoroughly so the masalas coat the mixture evenly.
– Cover with a mesh (to avoid flying ingredients) and air-fry at 200°C for 15 minutes.
– If doing on a pan: shallow roast on low-medium heat for 12–15 minutes, stirring often.
– Once done, add kishmish at the end if you like a sweet-crunch balance.
– Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
