🍩 Healthy Jelly Donuts

Makes 3–4 donuts (depending on size)

Donut Ingredients
• All-purpose flour
• Vanilla protein powder
• 2 Tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
• Fat-free yogurt
• Milk (as needed for dough consistency)
• 1 tsp applesauce
• ⅓ cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener (for coating)

Jam Ingredients
• Fresh or frozen strawberries
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1–2 tsp water
• 1 tsp zero-calorie sweetener
• Optional: low-calorie pre-made jam

Directions

1️⃣ Prepare donut dough:
• Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
• Add wet ingredients and mix until combined.
• Adjust with milk if dough is too dry or sticky.
• Form a large ball and divide into 3–4 pieces.

2️⃣ Shape & bake:
• Roll each piece into a round donut shape on a parchment-lined nonstick pan.
• Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until soft and baked through.
• Let donuts cool.

3️⃣ Coat donuts:
• Lightly brush with applesauce and coat evenly with powdered sweetener.

4️⃣ Prepare jam filling:
• Blend strawberries, cornstarch, water, and sweetener until smooth.
• Fill a piping bag with jam and inject about ¼–⅓ of jam into each donut.

5️⃣ Serve & enjoy!
