Protein Corn Kebabs š«¶š»(detailed recipešš¼)

I N G R E D I E N T S:
For Kebabs –
1 tsp ghee
2 green chilli
2 garlic cloves
1 cube ginger
1 cup corns
1 onions
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup boiled lobia
2 slice protein bread
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Fresh Coriander
1/2 cube cheese / per kebabs
White Sesame Seeds
For Yogurt Dip –
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp chilli garlic oil
– store in glass air tight container for 5-7 days in deep freezer.
– Pan fry until golden brown.
