High protein Cake

Ingredients
1-Whole wheat flour-1 cup(120gm)
2-Ghee-1/4th cup(40ml)
3-Jaggery powder-1/4th cup(40gm)
4-Curd-1/4th cup(100gm)
5-Milk-1/2cup(100ml)
6-Protein powder-1 scoop
7-Baking powder-1tsp
8-Baking soda-1/2tsp
9-Cinnamon powder-1/4th tsp
10-Dried blueberry-25gm
11-Kaju-5gm
12-Cocoa powder-2tbsp

Method
1-In a mixer jar add ghee, jaggery powder and curd, grind it in high speed, now add this mixture into a bowl.
2-Now add dry ingredients, take a sieve, add whole wheat atta, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, protein powder, and strain it.
3-Now add milk and mix well, add dried blueberry and mix it once.
4-Take a cake tin, grease it with ghee, pour the mixture to cake tin.
5-Bake it in air fryer 160 degree celsius for 30 mins.
6-Once it completely cools down cut it in small slices.
