High Protein Fried Rice ! You don’t have to give up your favourite food. It is all about creating a balanced plate that has enough protein , fiber & moderate carbs.

Calories – 450 calories
Protein – 27 g Protein
Fiber – 12 g Fiber

✅ Add a minimum of 25 g protein / meal
✅ Add fiber packed veggies which make the maximum bulk & volume of the plate. Fiber will keep you full for long

35 g Raw Rice (Soak this rice & cook it)
120 g Tofu
75 g Edamame
200 g Veggies – Carrots, french beans, baby corn & broccoli
2 to 3 Spring onion stalks
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp Oil
4 to 5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce

Optional toppings – Chilli Oil & some sesame seeds
