The Method:

Slice onions and toss with 1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp sugar.

Marinate for 8 mins (this removes the spicy “sting”!).

Rinse well with cold water.

Add peanuts, garlic, and chili.

Finish with your favorite cold dressing/sauce.
