– 1 Canned Dark Red Kidney Bean (drained)
– 1 Canned Chickpeas (drained). Note: I reboil this since it’s not soft enough. I use 5-30-7 method of boiling trick i.e. boil for 5 minutes then turn the heat off and cover the pot with lid for 30 minutes. Then boil again for 7 minutes.
– Dill
– Red onion
– Red pepper flakes
– Ground cumin
– Paprika powder
– Sumac
– Salt
– Pomegranate sauce
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Lemon juice

Mixed all ingredients together.

Simple and easy and my son loves this salad so much!
