I make salad, which is a fresh, oil-free, chopped salad that serves as a staple accompaniment to many south asian meals. This healthy salad recipe easy and quick to make with simple ingredients which I shared here.
ingredients:-
cucumber
raw tomato
capsicum
lemon
black pepper powder
dressing powder (peanut + dry red chillies)
salt
mint leaves
coriander leaves
Step-by-step Recipe:-
– Wash all the vegetables well. Finely chop cucumber, raw tomatoes, capsicum, mint leaves, and coriander leaves into bite sized pieces.
– Place all chopped vegetables and herbs in a large mixing bowl.
– Sprinkle the black dressing powder ( mixture of peanuts and dry red chillies ) , salt, and pepper powder.
– Drizzle the fresh lemon and take out juice and over it to mixture.
– Toss everything together thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing and spices.
– Serve this Fresh Crunchiness Salad (Mix Vegetables Salad) as a refreshing side dish.
You can use it as weight loss salad as well. It’s really crunchy and healthy salad.some people also called it kachumber salad as well.
