What you will need for this recipe:

boiled beets
pickled cucumbers
onions
sour cream (or mayonnaise)
salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cloves garlic
oil for frying
fresh herbs, such as parsley, dill or mint (optional)

How to make it:

How to make a delicious beetroot salad:
Boil the beets and grate them on a coarse grater.
Grate the pickled cucumbers on the same grater to add a tangy kick.
Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft and golden.
In a bowl, combine the grated beets, cucumbers, and sautéed onions.
Add sour cream or mayonnaise to your taste.
For seasoning, I use salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Add a bit of sugar and your favorite fresh herbs.
Mix everything together well, and your tasty salad is ready to serve!
